- Learning is a process of accumulated knowledge from experiences of individuals. It is a long process from harmonic picture of experiences. The concept of life long learning for adult learners becomes crucial to reveal their experiences in constructing knowledge. The story telling approach as research tool was used in this research. To capture interpretations of adultl earners on life long learning in higher education, personal experience and voice of adult learners are gathered through stories and dialogue. This research relies on qualitative research design that twelve adult learners participated to this research. They are master degree students who are currently studying Educational Planning, Management, Administration and Economics Programme at Education Faculty. In this research, adult learners reflected that life long learning becomes as sky, computer, airplane, jumping to mountain, new born baby, technology, flower, ship. Furthertothis, adult learners perceived themselves as life long learners that they a researching for new opportunities ad learning through experiences especially in work context.
