    - The LIS DoD human of the Selective Availability (SA) with effect from 1st May this year. Since SA was one the largest sources of error in GPS accuracy, the GPS is now far more accurate. But is it ready for Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) applications ? Do we still need to use Differential GPS techniques ? Dogan Ibrahim investigates the current accuracy of GPS after the removal of the SA.
