- The purpose of this study is to evaluate university students learning to learn perception of competence. This research was carried out with randomly selected 192 students from Guidance and Psychological Counselling Department at Near East University. Psychological Counselling and Guidance Department's students generally seem to be adequate to learn perceptions of competence at the results of this study. Also, between the students who have different genders has a difference learning to learn perception of competence. Female students have more learning to learn perception of competence than male students. However, different age groups of students and the students between the ages 18-21 have also found a significant difference with learning to learn perceptions of competence.
